Helicopters produced by Kazan Helicopters can be transported to any airport of the world by An-124 Ruslan or Il-76 airplanes.
Kazan Helicopters provides a cost-free maintenance during the guarantee period.
All helicopters produced by Kazan Helicopters are also provided with the post-guarantee maintenance.
Warranty
Kazan Helicopters provides the following services for Mi-8/17 helicopter types in all variants: complete overhaul; maintenance and repair; modifications and upgrades; spare parts and ground equipment; engineering support; technical publications and data; training for flight and maintenance personnel. Kazan Helicopters provides a new standard helicopter warranty to the customer from date of delivery for a period of one year and/or 300 flight hours covering defects in workmanship and/or materials.
Furthermore, this Warranty covers the cost of all transportation charges associated with sending defective item/s for repair at Kazan factory and return of same to the customer. Kazan Helicopters is also able to offer used helicopters with the appropriate Original Manufacturer's Warranty. Packing of all helicopters and aviation goods delivered corresponds with stringent standards applicable for export of aviation goods. Shipment may take place by air directly from Kazan airport or by sea from any Russian port.
Training
Kazan Helicopters provide training of pilots and ground specialists according to special program ensuring to personnel the firm knowledge of subjects and efficient practice lessons. All courses of program are elaborated basing on vast experience of operating and servicing of Mi-17-1V and Mi-172 helicopters.
