Superiority of Russia on aviation radio-controlled models In honour of Michael Leont'evich Mil's 100-anniversary At support of JSC "Kazan helicopter plant"

From June, 25 till July, 1 in air station of settlement Kurkachi has passed superiority of Russia on aviation radio-controlled models among pupils within the framework of the republican actions devoted to a 100-anniversary of Michael Leont'evich Mil. This event will collect open-air all admirers of technical kinds of sports. 76 schoolboys (winners of a regional stage) took part in competitions from 9 regions of Russia: the Leningrad, Nizhniy Novgorod, Sverdlovsk, Tomsk areas, the Perm edge (territory), the Udmurt, Chuvash republics, cities of Orenburgs and Yaroslavl, and also the best model aircraft constructors from Tatarstan. Modern aircraft modelling - the important auxiliary means for designing planes and helicopters and one of the major aspects of education of new generation of the future designers and engineers.
The Kazan helicopter plant supports activity of the republican centre of out-of-school work of the Ministry of Education and science of Tatarstan. In aircraft modelling the future staff design office of the enterprise are formed. Many conducting the designer of a helicopter plant have grown from members of Federation of air modelling sports which activity has defined their future trade. This year for support of such actions an occasion double. November, 22, 2009 it is executed 100 years from Michael Leont'evich Mil's Birthday, the outstanding designer of helicopters, the founder of helicopters of mark "Mi" well-known for the whole world. His creative activity was inextricably related with collective of the Kazan helicopter factory. Together with M.L.Mil''s collective has created the helicopters causing admiration of designers, pilots, air industrialists and operators of all the world.
