Took place the Annual assembly of shareholders of JSC "Kazan helicopter plant"

June, 25 annual assembly of shareholders of Open Society "Kazan helicopter plant" was held. The list of the shareholders having the right on participation in assembly, was made according to the register for May, 7. At assembly results of work of a society in 2008 were considered, the annual report, accounting balance for January, 1, 2009, and also the report on profits and losses for 2008 is authorized.
With the report on results of activity of a society for 2008 the general director of Open Society "Kazan helicopter plant" Vadim Aleksandrovich Ligaj has acted. Before shareholders the financial and industrial situation at a plant, prospects of development of a plant and production plans the nearest years was stated. For 2008, despite of the global financial crisis, a plant has completely executed all treaty obligations, having shipped production on more than 11 billion roubles. Such level of realization exceeds parameters of 2007 on 65,7 % in commodity expression, and on 66,7 % in money terms. The taxable profit for the accounting period has made 467 669 000 roubles. The volume of orders for 2009 provides creation and realization of 80 units of helicopter engineering (for 2008 it was issued and realized 58 units).
As priority directions of activity of the company, besides manufacture of helicopters, there is a work on development of updatings of helicopters (Mi 8/17); research and developmental work on release of new models of the helicopters, satisfying market world demand (helicopters ANSAT, AKTAJ); the further creation of skilled prototypes of perspective helicopter Mi-38.
For maintenance of the current development of the enterprise shareholders have made the decision to pay dividends for past year only under preference shares at a rate of 100 % from their cost (1 rouble) and to leave unallotted profit at the order of joint-stock company for performance of programs of modernization of a plant. The external auditor of JSC "Kazan helicopter plant" for 2009 authorizes company "Presto-audit", cooperation with which plant supports 14 years.
Shareholders of the “Kazan helicopter plant” have positively estimated results of its work the last year
