Joint meeting of a management of GSC "Kazan helicopter plant" and Kazan State Technology University of A.N. Tupolev.

On April, 28 2009 the joint meeting of heads of the Kazan helicopter plant and administration KGTU was held. The reason and a theme of meeting was necessity for development of the further way of cooperation of a plant and a higher educational institution for preparation of the staff qualified and necessary for a plant.
Active mutual relation KSTU of A.N.Tupolev and GSC "Kazan helicopter plant" have begun in 60th years when the plant mastered a batch production of family of helicopters MI, and in laboratory of durability KSTU their tests were carried out. A new stage of development of attitudes became opening in 1986 in KSTU specialties "Helicopter engineering" which has begun steady process of preparation of experts for a batch production of a plant.
The following stage of cooperation was performance of design works on creation of multi-purpose helicopter ANSAT. In this period before the enterprise there were tasks in performance of the big volume of settlement - experimental researches on maintenance of creation of the first prototype of helicopter ANSAT. In result for 12 years of active teamwork of a factory and KSTU the basic brigades were completed with experts: durabilities, aerodynamics, designing of bearing systems and the instrument equipment.
According to the report of the pro-rector on study and information KSTU of Mingaleeva G.F., creation of design groups for development of investment projects in area helicopter engineering is at present optimum. In an ideal such groups should develop and count concrete real-life technical projects, actual for GSC "Kazan helicopter plant". The structure of such groups will include experts of various areas - researchers, designers, technologists, engineers on information technologies, economists, logistis, marcketologs, lawyers. Names such system cooperation will allow to adjust a chain of interaction with all divisions - a staff department, technologists and designers of a plant both scientific laboratories and institute of a professional training of university. In an ideal, cooperation between the educational institutions, preparing experts of a different category - from technical school up to HIGH SCHOOL - will allow to prepare final for "the personnel block" under a specific target of a plant.
